A.Our website displays the total cost of the Inflatable Rental, delivery fee's may apply depending the location of your event.

Q.How long do we get to keep the rental?
A.Our rentals are for the FULL DAY. We guarantee delivery on time, before your event starts or its FREE!
Q.When will you arrive to set up?
A.Delivery times may vary depending on logistics. We offer day-before delivery on most weekends.
Q.What to ask when renting a bounce house?
A.Always ask for a Certificate of Insurance, State inspection reports. It is very important to protect your home and guests.
Q.What is included in a bounce house rental?
A.Our Bounce House Rentals include Delivery, Set up, Pick Up, and securing them safely before use. It is a completely hands off experience for our customers.
Q.Do you Deliver to parks in Elizabethtown Ky?
A.Yes, we deliver to parks all across Hardin, Nelson, and Bullitt County. Some Parks like Freeman Lake Park will require you to get additional information, and secure paperwork before having an Inflatable present.
Q.What payments do you take?
A.Cash, Checks, Credit/Debit Card, Apply Pay, Google Pay, Paypal payments are all accepted. You will be required to have a Photo ID available when using Check or Card.
Q.What if we need to cancel?
A.We have a full cancellation policy listed here. Please call us for information regarding our cancellation policy.
Q.Do you require a deposit?
A.Yes, we require a 20% deposit that is credited towards the total balance.
Q.How much does it cost to rent a bounce house in Elizabethtown?
A.The average Bounce House Rentals start at $200 and can range up to $850 with larger and more complex options.
Q.Is there a delivery fee?
A.Yes. As a professional delivery service, we do have Delivery Fee's depending on the location.
Q.What surfaces do you set up on?
A.We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can't set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl.
Q.Can we see a copy of your contract, safety rules and insurance?
A.Yes. There is a link in your receipt once you've ordered or you may contact our office.
Q.Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?
A.Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds, silly string etc.) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
If you are worried about damages, we offer a Rental Protection option during the booking process that could alleviate your concerns.
Q.How do we power the Inflatables?
A.
Each Inflatable will require a dedicated 15amp outlet within 50 feet to adaquetely power the Inflatable. If this isn't available, you may rent one of our Generators to power the Inflatable(s).
Q.Do you rent dunk tanks?

Yes! We have Dunk Tanks for rent in Elizabethtown Ky, Bardstown Ky, Louisville Ky, and Shepherdsville Ky!
Q.How long do we get to keep the bounce house?
A.
We do not rent bounce houses hourly - we allow full day rentals including overnight for no additional cost!

Q.Can adults use the bounce too?
A.
Most standard bounce houses are designed for children with per-user weight limits. We do carry larger inflatables & games that are adult friendly like Obstacle Courses and Mechanical Bulls. Let us know your crowd when booking and we help you choose the right option for you!
